Winter Park is approximately 10 minutes from downtown Orlando, 20 minutes from Universal and 40 minutes from Disney, depending on traffic. We understand some of our out-of-town guests might prefer to stay closer to the attractions — and that’s totally fine!
AirBnB/Vrbo rentals are available, but please plan ahead. Short-term rentals are technically illegal in much of Orange County, so the selection is quite limited compared to other cities of Orlando’s size.
For those who would like to be closer to the venue, the greater Winter Park area offers a number of hotel options at different price points:
HOTEL BLOCK: Hilton Garden Inn Winter Park (Cost $$)
We have reserved a limited number of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Winter Park, located 1.5 miles from Casa Feliz and downtown. The hotel offers complimentary WiFi, a fitness center and free parking, and it has easy access to I-4.
Breakfast is also available for a fee, though there are many dining options within a five-minute drive, including local favorite Another Broken Egg Cafe two blocks away — just beyond a Starbucks!
SpringHill Suites Winter Park (Cost $$)
The sister hotel to the Hilton Garden Inn, located on the same block, with larger suite-like rooms. Breakfast is free, but parking comes with a fee. This hotel is 1.6 miles from Casa Feliz and downtown with easy access to I-4.
The Alfond Inn (Cost $$$)
One of the Orlando area’s most luxurious hotels outside of the resort district, located two blocks from Winter Park’s famous Park Avenue and a half mile from Casa Feliz. 24-hour valet parking is available for a fee. This hotel is pet friendly and has a rooftop pool!
